Automatic generation of sophisticated reports

Polaris launched on the premise of giving our clients with a solution that improves their capacity to assess and comprehend difficult events in a world where information is becoming increasingly available. It is a technology that ideally supports N counterparties’ due diligence, anti-fraud, aml, risk assessment, and reputational analysis tasks. As a web-based application that combines data from structured or unstructured internal or external sources to the firm (SAP, chameral and cadastral, documentary, OSINT sources, etc.), it provides connection modules to the most significant Italian and foreign, public and private data sources.

The sources are chosen in collaboration with the customer based on his individual needs and might be queried concurrently in order to propose a “ranking” of correspondence between the returned results. As a result, one of the most time-consuming chores for analysts is consistently reduced, namely the linkage of identities of the same counterpart across numerous databases.

In addition to getting information directly from the sources, several queries may be launched from the automatic import of lists of objects contained in external files, allowing data from other systems to be merged with Polaris information.

It is also possible to depict search results on highly professional charts and advance on them, using an extensional technique, to recover relational relationships between numerous source targets, thanks to its interaction with the best graphic visualization tools.

The analyst can then use all of the link analysis tools (SNA, clusters, Graph Reduction, layout, dependency analysis, path finding, and so on) to detect hidden correlations between seemingly unrelated entities, facilitate logical chains, and simplify data visualization, making it immediate and extremely usable.

Furthermore, georeferenciable data components (e.g., those from Cadastre) may be run on map systems to investigate locations, distances between places, concentrations, and abnormal distributions across the area.

Polaris, like other S&A systems, contains a module devoted to the distribution of the findings of the analyses performed, through the development of summary documentation that is prepared in accordance with the client’s quality criteria for each business scenario.
