Project Manager

The candidate has a background in IT project management and possesses strong analytical and team building skills. It is a distinguishing factor of this role to be able to get the best out of the people in the team and the projects he oversees and to be able to deliver on time within the indicated economic and quality budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve project goals and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Organize and coordinate the resources assigned internally and third parties/suppliers for the perfect execution of the projects
  • Oversee the timely delivery of all project deliverables, ensuring they remain within scope and budget
  • Allocate resources and ensure their availability
  • Prepare a detailed project plan and track progress and updates
  • Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs with the help of appropriate verification techniques
  • Prepare reports and present them to company management as needed
  • Maintain relationships with the customer and all stakeholders
  • Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize negative effects on a project
  • Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Prepare and review complete project documentation

Experience with the following platforms and tools will be considered a plus:

  • Wrike or other Planning management tools
  • SQL
  • Microsoft Server environments
  • API
  • Azure Web Services

Education and Experience

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a project management position in the IT sector
  • Significant and proven experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent internal communication and customer contact skills
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Good hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Complete education, preferably in computer science or equivalent
  • Additional certifications such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE are considered a plus
